Jessica L. Budrock, Esq. exclusively focuses her practice on representing clients in all aspects and stages of their family law matters.  Jessica is a passionate and zealous advocate for her clients, and she handles her client’s emotionally challenging times with a comprehensive and compassionate approach.

As an experienced matrimonial litigator, Jessica is able to seamlessly guide her clients through case management conferences, settlement conferences, motion hearings, emergent applications, and trials. Jessica will seek low conflict resolutions in her clients matters whenever possible, but she is also prepared to relentlessly advocate for her clients’ rights should it be necessary to go to court.

Jessica received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law │Boston. While in law school, Jessica worked in the family law field as a law clerk with a prominent Boston law firm, where she represented clients regarding custody, parenting time, and child support matters in Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. She also served as a family law and guardianship intern for the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association. Thereafter, she was an attorney at a multi-state foreclosure litigation firm working at the firm’s headquarters in New York. Jessica gained valuable experiences regarding residential foreclosure actions, delinquent property tax ramifications, clouds on title, and encumbrances on subject properties. Jessica utilizes the information learned regarding property issues to assist her family law clients with resolving mortgage liability disputes and negotiating settlements which include provisions for refinancing mortgages and preparing property transfer documentation.

Thereafter, Jessica returned to New Jersey to focus exclusively on family law matters where she spent years honing her skills in both mediation and litigation.  She then founded Budrock Law Firm LLC, with the goal of providing comprehensive, compassionate, and effective representation to clients throughout South Jersey.

Jessica is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, United States District Court, District of New Jersey, and the New York Bar.  She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Atlantic County Bar Association, Burlington County Bar Association, Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court, and serves as an executive board member in the Young Lawyers Division of the Atlantic County Bar Association.  She is also a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Atlantic County, serves as Pro Bono counsel for the Atlantic County Domestic Violence Contempt List, and was appointed as a Member of the Burlington County Fee Arbitration Committee.
